This policy explains how to cancel purchases and return goods where applicable law grants you that right, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Geographic scope

The trader is established in Norway. The withdrawal and return rules below apply together with any stricter rights you may have under the laws of your country when you act as a consumer in the EEA or elsewhere.

Right of withdrawal (EEA consumers)

If you qualify as a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have fourteen days from receiving the goods to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection when opened.

Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging where reasonable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Food supplements that are unsealed may be non-returnable for safety reasons unless defective or misdescribed.

Defective items

If an item is damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us with a short description and images if helpful. Remedies follow statutory consumer sales rules, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where applicable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Banks may need additional days to post the credit.

How to start a return

Email contact@snyxaronyghikia.world with your order reference, item list, and reason. We reply with instructions and, where relevant, a return address.

Shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you may bear direct return shipping costs as permitted by applicable law.
